Honey Moisturiser Recipe
½ cup of Shea butter
3 teaspoons of Aloe Vera gel
5 drops of tea tree essential oil – optional
3 teaspoons of rose water
1 teaspoon of manuka honey
Melt shea butter. You can use a double boiler or a microwave for this purpose.
When shea butter melted, add Aloe Vera gel, rose water and raw manuka honey into this butter.
Mix all the ingredients
Add tea tree essential oil and combine all the ingredients.
Place this mixture in the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.
Once the mixture has semi-solid form, take it out.
You need to whip this mixture with a hand mixer.
Whip the mixture until you obtain creamy consistency.
Transfer this mixture in a clean jar.
Your honey moisturiser DIY is ready.
How to Use Honey Moisturiser DIY for Softer Skin?
Honey moisturiser DIY is just like your regular moisturiser. And it has the amazing moisturising power of honey. Apply this mixture on your face before going to bed. You need to keep this amazing honey moisturiser DIY until the morning.
Then, in the morning, you can wash your face with your regular cleanser. Apply this amazing moisturiser every day. Once you regularly use this moisturiser, you will see the difference. Your skin will feel much softer.
How to Store Honey Moisturiser?
You need to store this amazing honey moisturiser DIY in cool and dark place. Also, you need to store it in a jar with a lid. This way, you can use this amazing recipe for up to 3 weeks. If you don’t have time to prepare a new moisturiser every week, this will be a good option.
Just prepare your recipe for 3 weeks. Store it in your fridge or somewhere cool. Use it every night for softer skin.
